Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days, while expedited (2–3 days) and express (1–2 days) options are available for an additional fee. Every shipment is fully insured for its complete value and requires signature confirmation upon delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Shipping is currently limited to the continental United States, with free standard shipping on orders over $500.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging with all certificates and documentation. Custom or personalized jewelry may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Exchanges for size or style are also available, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.
